“Good Stay, Great upgraded room, nice location near all the needed facilities. Received without arguing early checkin and late checkout, nice little gym for workout. All in all a pleasant stay. The breakfast food choices could be improved.”

“I'm joining in to praise the comfy beds - so, so cosy, I rarely sleep well in hotels. The staff is very professional and friendly, from communication before arrival to front desk when I arrived in the middle of the night to breakfast service. The room was very clean and well taken care of. It was also relatively quiet - as quiet as it can be in the middle of a busy city. There's always this inner city white noise. But the fire station next to the hotel is definitely not a problem. Breakfast has a very good variety and was always fresh and plenty. Good spot to explore the city, on foot or by tram.”

“Excellent location close to Flagstaff gardens, Spencer & Lonsdale tram station and queen Victoria market. Very walkable to good restaurants around. Artur at the reception is very nice and provided us an early check-in. He gave us great recommendations. Very personable and pleasant demeanor. The rooms are very spacious for downtown location which made the stay very comfortable. The coffee machine in the room cranks out amazing coffee. The restrooms too are tastefully done, almost spa like feeling with rain shower and a place to sit. Overall, amazing stay and grateful for good staff at this location!”

“Right from our arrival the staff were professional friendly and helpful we needed to change rooms to be near our daughter and her baby it was no problem! The breakfast was good and the coffee great! Buffet lunch had a good variety and the food on the rooftop bar was delicious prawn cocktails porkbelly arancini balls amazing .”

The service was excellent from start to finish — every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make our stay excellent. The rooms were very nice, spotless, and comfortable, providing everything we needed. I also highly recommend the breakfast which was delicious and had a large selection. We liked it so much that we changed my plans and came back to stay again later! Both visits were awesome. Definitely recommend this place if you’re heading to Melbourne!”
